- Part construction of a mother and child centre plus fit out
- Fit out with medical equipment of an existing building to start Ememwenyi/Maili Tatu dispensary, plus payment of nurse for first month
- Built Laboratory building at Ememwenyi /Maili tatu clinic.
- Fit out with medical equipment of an existing building to start Njukini dispensary
- 8 beds and lockers for Njukini Maternity clinic
- monthly mobile outreach eye clinics, free eye tests and glasses for 1700 children
Feeding Programs:
- 2012, 1300 Bags of Maize distributed to 25 primary school and a nursery school feeding school population of 8028 pupils.
- 2011, 50 bags of Maize flour distributed to community
- 2010, 130 bags of Maize flour distributed to community
- 2009, 320 bags of Maize flour distributed to community

HIV Support
A rented farm providing income and food for a group of HIV positive people
Fare to transport to Imbirikani hospital (the only facility with a CD4 count machine) for those living with the HIV virus.
Food support for those too ill to work when first diagnosed with the virus
Education of children from families of those infected and affected
